There are multiple races in the Birth of a Hero novel’s world. Human, elves, dwarves, and beast people are the most well known races.

Other races known of in Trash of the Count’s Family include gods, the demonic race, and vampires. Vampires are a darkness attribute race like dark elves. Yet they have not been considered as an overarching race group like humans, elves, dwarves, or beast people. Perhaps in the same way dark elves are still elves.
